The "Blue Thunder of Furinkan High" and captain of the school's kendo club (fenching) is none other then Tatwaki Kuno. Everybody knows that Kuno is in love with Akane. He made a rule in order to date Akane Tendo that person must beat her in a fight so every morning Akane has a bunch of attackers trying to win a date with her. As the mysterious appearance of "Pig-Tailed Girl (Ranma female form)" showed up, he has fallen in love with her as well. However, everybody else knows that Pig-Tailed Girl and Ranma are the same person. On a summer day Kuno takes Pig-Tailed Girl, Akane, and family on a cruise, but they shipwreck and a movie is made! (Ranma Movie 2) He also likes Mariko, the cheerleader, but she dumped him when she was defeated by Ranma. Kuno often quarrels with Ranma, because he is Akane's fiancee.

Attacks

Ko-kuu Zan (Sky Arc Decapitation) - Doing an uppercut motion with his sword, Kuno sends out a projectile which almost acts like a shield, doing damage to an opponent.

Tenchi-raimei-kiri (Murderous Heaven and Earth Thunder) - Kuno jumps up doing an uppercut motion with his sword and comes down with sword extended with lightning at the tip.

Cyclone Slash - This move was learned while Kuno was slicing up watermelons. He rushes foward doing 360s and slashing with his sword like crazy. It's best that you move out of the way when Kuno comes charging at you.
