I am very happy with the life I have and am blessed with a loving family and the best friends that anyone could ask for. However, I am ashamed of myself for actually feeling jealousy towards the man who has something that I cannot have, the heart of the woman that I love. Every time that I see her, I feel such an incredible high and a happiness that warms my heart and soul. I feel so alive when I'm around her, like there is nothing that I cannot do. But alas, at the same time I also feel an intense sadness that very nearly breaks my heart and causes my eyes to betray me. This insane emotional 'tug of war' is tearing me apart. To feel so complete and empty at the same time just isn't right. - watching The Cure perform live in concert here in Toronto on June 12, 2000
- My Three Wishes: If I had three wishes, what would they be?
- World peace (hey, how can you go wrong with this one? World peace will heal the world, stop war and violence).
- If there's a heaven, I'd like to go there for one hour to talk to my two grandfathers. To meet the one I never knew and to thank the one who took care of me as a child.
- To fall head over heels, madly, and deeply in love again and to know that someone else feels the same way about me.
