Professor Oak's
Pokédex
This Pokédex is a very cool
program! You type in something to do with Pokémon and it will
come up, with pictures! So far the topics are limited, but if you go
here you can download patches for it. To download
the main program click here.
How to install it
It's not very hard to install, but I
thought I would include some instructions anyway. First, download the
main program and put it in a new folder called Pokédex. The
file is zipped, so you will need winzip or another zip manager to
unzip it. To get winzip, go here. Once the file is in c:\Pokédex, unzip
it. If the program asks you where to extract to, just put in
c:\Pokédex. Once unzipped, run SETUP.EXE. Follow the
instructions in the program and install to c:\Program
Files\Pokédex. It will make icons for you in the
Start\Programs folder. Once installed you can delete
c:\Pokédex. You won't need any instructions for using it
because there is online help in the Pokédex program.
This is what it looks
like.
