Ieyasu is the Shogun of the Japoness country, and is the 16th (or is it 15th) generation of Ieyasu. Otaru and Lime first meet him after dropping into his room (literaly, it's cool!), but instead of being upset, he's quite amused, and welcomes them there. He tends to be very carefree about many issues (i.e. when one of his men tells him about the impending threat of a Gartlant invasion, Ieyasu asks him for more fish food to feed his fish...). But he also has motives of his own...
