Justy Ueki Tylor, hatachi (for those who STILL don't know what that means, it's "Age: 20"). The hero of our series. He seeks an easy life in the military, and somehow lands on the command of the Soyokaze. Constantly doing only what he wants to at any particular moment, Yamamoto and Yuriko have a REALLY hard time following his orders without SCREAMING at him first about how stupid what he's saying is. But is what he is saying really all that stupid?
