Rei is a very tempremental (did I get that right?) girl. She used to date Mamoru in the first season, though it was nothing serious. After she found out about Usagi and Mamoru, she and him became only friends. Some say she dates Yuuchiru (I KNOW I didn't get that right), but she never tells anyone. She's kissed him twice on the cheek, though. She and Usagi don't get along at all. They're always fighting. But, there are times when they're best buds no matter what. Rei's powers are of fire (naw duh) which deeeefinatly reflect her attitude. She's very strong.
