El Hazard is without a doubt one of my very favorite anime shows. I really loved the OAVs, they were absolutely awesome. Makoto was just part of the overall awesomeness. He's cute, extremely smart, and very sweet and sensitive; no wonder all the girls in El Hazard are in love with with him. I have to say that I liked the Makoto in the OAVs a ton more than the Makoto in the TV Series (the Wanderers). |
