TAKING SOME ACTION ABOUT THE DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE SITUATION:

First and foremost, I think you should be commended for showing concern about the dihydrogen monoxide situation.  It is great to have people like you who are inclined to take action about a situation that seems to need special attention.  Unfortunately, just as you are deserving of praise for your concern about dihydrogen monoxide, you are also deserving of a serious clobbering on the head for you are in urgent need of a wake up call for being so GULLIBLE!  If you didn't know, dihydrogen monoxide is actually water!  Yup, good ole H2O!  It is such a shame that you got fooled by the fancy terminology and the jargon of the article.  Let this be a lesson to you in the future.  Don't be so gullible!  Don't believe everything you see, hear, or read.  And if you are confused about something or are unclear about something, you should look it up, do some research about, etc. before making decisions to take some action.  A freshman at Eagle Rock Junior High won first prize at the Greater Idaho Falls Science Fair with a project titled "HOW GULLIBLE ARE WE?"  He was attempting to show how conditioned we have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of everything in our environment.  He urged people to sign a petition to take some action towards the regulation or total elimination of a chemical called DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE.  Of the fifty people that he polled 43 said yes, 6 were undecided, and only 1 knew that the chemical was water!  Geez, what has happened to people these days???
