Ah, yes. Mi-chan! His Elemental Weapon, the Ensui, definitely contributes to his kakkoi rating. It is a sword with a blade of water, giving him powers over ice, water, and steam! With it, he helps Recca and his friends in their terrible fight in the Ura Butou Satsujin.

But don't forget, Charon-chan, he wasn't doing it to help Recca or anyone in particular. He wanted to find his sister's murderer and avenge her death.

Nothing like a bit of a tragic past to contribute to his kakkoi rating, ne?

Please give a warm welcome to Mr. February, 1999-- Ayanoujo Aburatsubo, from Mahou Tsukai Tai!

He's the vice-prez of the Magic Club at Kitanohashi High. He's a star athlete. He's a great student. And since Takeo-kun just isn't interested in returning his advances, I believe he's perfectly available.

That's right... his sister was kidnapped when he was young! And his son doesn't know that Allen is his true father, either. I guess that can be two tragic pasts!

We seem to be having a pattern... like our two previous Honorees, Mr. May is a master swordsman. Everyone, please applaud Ferio, from Magic Knight Rayearth!

And he seems to be quite taken by Fuu, so he's out of your league, Triton-chan.

Ah, but being attached doesn't exclude them from being honored!

We can honor whoever we like.

We just have to be extra-careful when they have jealous or possessive significant others.

Fortunately, Fuu-chan seems to be pretty levelheaded. Whew!

A mysterious priest-- who refers to himself as such.

Even though you can't really count on him to do anything... he's never really on the Good Side or the Bad Side. He's merely on Xellos' Side.

Mr. September, 1999, is... Saitou! Of Ruroni Kenshin fame!

Unlike Mr. August, our Saitou is most definitely on the side of Law and Order. Although it's his own peculiar brand of it. What's his motto?

Aku! Soku! Zan! Which means... Evil! Swiftly! Slay!

He was formerly a captain of the Shinsen Gumi. His justice is swift and terrible! But he looks good while meting it out, ne?

October is the month with Halloween... so what's more appropriate than having a vampire be Mr. October?

I'd like everyone to give a warm, happy welcome to Mosquiton, of the Master of Mosquiton OAV!

Um... Triton-chan, I believe this one is attached to a rabid sweetie... I don't suggest you mess with Inaho. Any of them.

Ahhh... *pouts* Mosquiton is a lovable teddy bear of a vampire... he cooks, he cleans, he cuts Inaho's toenails! But once he tastes blood... look out!
