Story:
        Heaven's Coins, which derives its title from a Brothers Grimm tale, is about a young, deaf nurse named Aya who works at a tiny clinic in Hokkaido's outback. She was orphaned at a young age and was raised by Morioka, the clinic's elderly head doctor. Aya has grown to love Shuichi, a young, handsome doctor, and hopes he would set his roots down in the village. However, Morioka tells her to forget Shuichi since a competent physician would not stay long at a remote clinic. Shuichi was born to a family of doctors in Tokyo, and his father is the head of a major city hospital. Shuichi's sudden departure had left his half-brother Takumi the successor, but the notorious playboy is vehemently disliked by the hospital staff. Heaven's Coins is an extraordinary story of the triumph of the human spirit.
