If you don't have one, go here and choose a background, then write in an e-mail the name of your mailing list and the e-mail address people should write to to join. Also, once you have your banner you must upload it to your web space, because I don't have enough room for everyone. I'll direct link from you. Specify which characters/anime you want on your banner, or else it'll just be your mailing list title and your e-mail address.
