Tikka Kebabs

Boneless Beef cubed: 2 lbs.
Lemon Juice: 1/2 lemon
Salt: 1 tsp.(teaspoon) or to taste.
Oil: 3 tbsp.(tablespoon)
Garlic powder:1 tsp.
Ginger powder: 1 tsp.
Garam masala (All Spice): 2 tsp.
Onion chopped: 1
Crushed red pepper:1 tsp.
Yogurt: 2 cups
Parsley and lemon wedges for garnish.

Mix the meat with lemon juice, salt and oil.
Puree the yogurt, onion, garam masala, garlic, ginger, and peppers.
Mix with the meat, cover and refrigerate over night.
Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F.
Thread the meat cubes onto metal skewers, and cook in the oven for about
20 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
Remove, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and serve immediately with
cucumber-in-yogurt.
Serves 4-6.
