You will need to change the *YOUR_NAME* *YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS* *YOUR_SITE_ID* tags.

Where the code says *YOUR_NAME* delete it, and type your name.
Where the code says *YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS* delete it and type your e-mail address.
Where the code says *YOUR_SITE_ID* delete them and enter the site ID given to you when you submitted the above form.
VERY IMPORTANT- You will need to delete the * as well. If you leave the * in the code, it will not work!
