PLEASE NOTE
You will need to change the *YOUR_SITE_ID* tags.
It's pretty self-explanitory
Where the code says *YOUR_SITE_ID* delete it and enter the site ID given to you when you submitted the form.
VERY IMPORTANT- You must delete the * from the code as well. If the * is left in the code, it will NOT work!
