You will need to change the *YOUR_NAME* *YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS* *YOUR_SITE_ID* tags.
You should enter exactly what you want to appear in your code.
It's pretty self-explanitory
Where the code says *YOUR_NAME* delete it, and type your name.
Where the code says *YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS* delete it and type your e-mail address.
Where the code says *YOUR_SITE_ID* delete them and enter the site ID given to you when you submitted the form.
VERY IMPORTANT- You need to delete the * from the code. If you don't delete the * the code will not work.
