Japanese Slang!

So you wanna chat in Japanese without sounding like a total gaijin, right?! Ok, then lemme help ya. All you have to do is read through these pages and work the phrases into your conversations. Perhaps the most important thing to remember is to act casual, not proud, when your Japanese friends say "Nihongo Umae Ne!". Also, if you find something you think would be a great addition to my slang pages , please e-mail it to me. Remember to include your name so I can give you credit for your submission.

*Note- As many of you know, the slang area was deleted by a hacker who used my name and password to delete it off of Angelfire. After speaking with Angelfire, I have discovered that they do not keep any back-up. I have rebuilt volumes 1 through 4 and I will continue rebuilding through the summer. Slang Volume 1
The first edition of Japanese Slang. Contains 30 basic phrases that will give you some background in J-Speak.

Slang Volume 2
Contains some longer phrases that may require some prior knowledge of the Japanese language.

Slang Volume 3
Almost all of the phrases in this section are new to Keichan's Doki-Doki J-Town and weren't included in past slang volumes.

Slang Volume 4
