Web Gyrl- Keichan!

This site gets alot of hits from return visitors, however if this is your first time here [or if you're really bored] go ahead and read on about who I am, what I like, and just what it is I am doing here... =P

Ok, my name is Keichan. Not my real name, I use the alias to protect the guilty! Ok, that's not really true, my friends gave me the nickname. But feel free to call me whatever you want, unless it's obscene. I am 21 years old and I live in Seattle with my closest, bestest, sweetest friend Dai (I was raised in Denver, but moved to Seattle after returning from Japan). I currently attend college here in WA, but travelling between Japan, Sinagpore, Korea, Thailand, and the States I am starting to wonder if I will ever graduate. LOL! I am an avid snowboarder. I love my Lamar board and riding with my buddies! If I'm not out boarding I am probably skating, mountain biking, or listening to Ska on my stereo.

I first went to Japan in 1995 (Right after graduation). I lived there with my okasan, otosan, and onesan, in other words watashi no kazoku! When I'm there I spend way to much time engaging in my favorite past time... drinking sake! I'm not an alchy, but when I'm in Japan 9 nights outta 10, I am drinking with my tomo. I think my best bud Miyuki is responsible for this wreckless behavior! She's the one who got me hooked on Japan's clubbing scene too! She'll deny it, but if I were you I wouldn't trust a word she says! After all, she's probably drunk! =P I love you Miki!

About 1995 was also when I was first introduced to the wonderful world of J-pop. I blame it all on Kimu Taku. I guess that lead to drama's and then cartoons. Now I suppose I am into almost all aspects of J-Pop culture. =)

Keichan- The web gyrl. I am into alot of stuff on the net. I guess it started in 1996 when I got my first 'puter. I didn't use it for about 3 months, now I'm on the net at least once a day (but that may be due to the fact that I work on creating web sites for a living). I started Keichan's Doki-Doki J-Town in April of 1997. I also started and run The J-Pop Ring. Currently I am a Geocities Community Leader too. Not to mention all the sites I have started and then demolished ['E-Zine Kizushite', 'J-Pop On-Line', 'Supergyrl's Free Stuff', and 'I'm Not Naked, I'm Wearing Monica's Lipstick']!!
