Sailor Heart is the leader of the Elemental Scouts. In the Moon Kingdom, he and his sisters were part of the royal family and were close friends of Princess Serena and her court. He, like his sisters, were trained by Poseidon after they found him being abused by a large and evil man. Sailor Heart is a twin for Sailor Jupiter in strength and weakness.
