Hello, youze apes! As one of the ragtag grunts of the
Mobile Infantry, I take pride in defending my country,
whether it be from filthy street punks or acid-spittin'
arachnids! Actually, I happen to have first-hand
knowledge that the bugs didn't come from Klendathau! Our
intelligence boys have picked up contacts and evidence
indicating the bugs are a offshoot of a more organized,
far deadlier menace!
Our evidence wasn't confirmed until our perimeter
bases ID' a fleet of unknown origin over a month ago! The
fleet is actually comprised of the descendents of
malcontents that fled the last great uprising (that
founded our current government). By comparing their
stories with our own sightings, Intelligence is certain
the bugs are an offshoot of a race known as the Zerg, a
powerful, unrelenting swarm commanded by a powerful
collective, known as the OverMind. Of course, that's all
they've told us, but I didn't tell ya, okay!
