This is Rogue from X-Men. She was a beautiful young girl with a big interest in boys and a personality that made anyone trust her, but at the age of 13 all that changed. She went on her first date with her long time crush, and when he finally kissed her, he suddenly dropped into a coma. At the hospital they told her it was as if his energy had just been drained out of him, but they had no idea how. Then after a few more instances, she realized that she was the cause. Soon after she was disowned by her father and the young woman fell into the clutches of Mystique and the evil mutants. Mystique trained her to use her powers for evil and she became one of the most dangerous members of the evil mutants. Finally, the day came when fate brought her and Wonder Girl together. Mystique had Rogue grab Wonder Girl and drained her powers. Unfortunatly, at the insistance of Mystique, she didn't let go of Wonder Girl, and absorbed more than her Strength, powers and skills, she absorbed the mind and soul of her victim. Without a mind and soul to return to, her powers remained within Rogue, making her nearly indestructible and incredibly strong. Rogue finally escaped Mystiques influence and was found by Prof. Xavier. He helped her to deal with her trauma and she learned to use her powers for good. He also helped her to learn to control Wonder Girl, whose conciousness still lies inside Rogue's mind. Every once in a while though, she will try to take control of Rogues body, or kill her and take over the body she has been trapped in. Rogue has deep guilt over what happened and has no idea that in this case, her powers can work the other way and give her back her body. As it is though, Wonder Girls body is lying on a hospital bed in a coma that no doctor has been able to bring her out of. Eventually though, she may yet realize that she has the power to give back the life she took.
