Here is some info on the Elements and how they relate to
Sun Signs



	The twelve signs are divided into four elements: Fire,
Air, Water, and Earth. Each element has three signs within
it's group, and because of this, they are also named the
triplicities, meaning groups of three.
	Fire and Air are known as the possitive or masculine
elements, representing energy rising upward and extroversion.
The Fire Signs are Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. Fire
signs are enthusiastic, self-confident, assertive, courageous,
and usually display a great love of life. The Air Signs
are Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius. Air is spacious and free-moving
symbolizing thought and intellect. These signs love thinking,
and can be quite analytical and detatched, but they also need
to communicate.
	The feminine and negative elements are Water and Earth.
They tend toward introversion, and represent energy moving
downward. The Earth Signs are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn.
These signs are very down-to-earth, solid, practical, and
concerned with the material world. The three Water Signs
are Caner, Scorpio, and Pisces. Water signs are in tune with
their emotions, and usually have powerful imaginations and
feelings.
	A strong affinity exsists between signs of each element
group because they share many of the same characteristics. The
six positive signs will have much in common, as will the six
negative signs.
