Story begins shortly after the death of the Seventeenth Angel
War T-Minus 30:00:00
Long range global sensors are detecting a severe power anomily.
Shinji sulks and visits Asuka in the hospital.
While there he rapes her while she is in a coma.
(Note, this is from a little misinformation I got before I saw the
Evangelion movie. I know he only masturbated, but this is a plot
point.)
War T-minus 13:13:00
Japan Self-Defense Force discovers that something is retriving the
Lance of Longinus. Patern is Blue it's an angel and he isn't alone.
Angels start appearing and attack enmasse.
First and largest at Mount Sionai(sp?) Has the Lance.
Isreal and all other 'first landings' sites become glass.
The angels begin to regenerate. War t-minus 12:00:00 hours.
Gendo and others prepare for war with the Angels.
Crews set to finish making a new Unit-03 while Ritsuko and Rei speed
up on making another Unit-00
Futuyuski is gathering pilots.
War T-minus 06:00:00
Toji recruited to fight in Eva-03. Toji and Hikari (who is visiting)
initially refuse, but Futuyuski brings up piloting will protect
Toji's sister as well as the world. Another arguement ensues between
Toji and Hikari about her piloting. Toji relents. Futuyuski leaves
informing them that NERV ops will pick them up in a couple hours.
Hikari kisses Toji, and tells him she loves him. Toji remarks that
if they live through this, he'll marry her. When NERV ops arrives,
Hikari is putting her shirt back on (all indications that wasn't the
only thing she had to put back on).
War T-minus 00:00:00
Asuka dreams and it is a fight against everyone. Until her father shows up.
She cowers first then punches his lights out.
Asuka awakes from her coma and is allowed to pilot.
She synchs and is able to fight pretty damn well.
Shinji, more fucked up than before because he raped Asuka the day
before, refuses to live. Misato (who sobered up when she found out
about the invasion) leads Shinji to the command center and is trying
to convince him to fight. Maya is directing Asuka in battle and
coardinating the arrival of nine Evas.
War plus 00:10:00
Maya gets an odd energy reading from Eva 02, there is another life
form in it. First thought is Angel, but all readings indicate it is
human. They scan for location, and it's inside the uterus. Shinji
hears this and starts freaking. Gendo, Maya, and Misato realize what
it is from Shinji's reaction. Gendo's thoughts, "Oh, Shit," is
Misato responce and Maya says, "Oh, my!" Shinji runs to Eva 01
determined to protect Asuka. Gendo then orders Misato to help
Futuyuski prepair the new pilots to fight.
Shinji helps Asuka fight the Angels' first wave against NERV.

Misato, Toji, and Futuyuski give a run down on how to fight in an Eva.
Rei arrives and gives some advanced pointers to Eva piloting.

Eva 2 heavily damgaed in stomache region.
Shinji freaks, shouting, "You hurt Asuka! You hurt my child!"
Shinji's pyshotic looking face disolves into the LCL.
He goes over 400.
Asuka asks "What the hell did he mean by that?!"
Maya informs her that she is pregnant.
Asuka denies the possibility but Maya retorts with scanning
information and Shinji's behavior.
Rei's mind 'snaps' because her 'love' knocked up another girl, that
her grandchild may have been injured. Combined with the rather sucky
odds, Rei decides to go over 400.
War plus 06:06:06
Eva 3 is ordered to take Eva 2 to a retrival platform. The remainder
are sent in pairs to cover hot spots. Unit 0 and 1 are
shredding Angels at Nerv.

Shinji and Rei continue to tear into waves of Angels.
Unit 3 fights a mole styled angel in the geo-front.
Eva 09 & 13 destroyed (Gendo blocks off results from Maya's monitors)
Kensuke goes med-evil on some Angels when Unit 08 is destroyed
Shinji and Rei return to normal on there own after sixth wave gives
them a respite.
Asuka under watchful eye of a doctor tells her that she is indeed
pregnant. She wants to KILL Shinji.
Unit 1 sent to what was Isreal.
Unit 0 sent to United States to fight Unit 10.
Unit 03, 02 (not piloted by Asuka) remain to protect base.
Eva 14-16 activated and luanched.

Rei tries to mind screw Shinji with words. Refers to herself as Yui,
Shinji's Mom.
Unit 1 bear hugs Unit 0 and Shinji ejects before his Eva goes nuclear.
Unit 5 catches entry plug and protects it from the blast.
War plus 66:--:00 Shinji tearfully says, "Goodbye, Mother.
May you finally rest in peace."

set out to clean up remaining Angels.
Unit 12 destroyed.

Asuka verses Shinji (Oh, what a feeling?!)

Gendo's final orders as NERV is transfered over to UN control,
Eva pilots are all given full personable psychiatric help they'll need.
NO LOONY BINS!
Epilogue:
Peace 06:12:31:23:45
Shinji visits Yui's and Rei's grave, then joins other people at
memorial for the heros of the Angelian Wars. Hikari's grave marks with
'Hikari Hikaru and Suzuhara Hikaru' Ikari Yui's date of death has a
deep gouge in it and a second one carved in with the end of the
Angelian Wars as the date. Shinji gives a speech to those assembled
and says that his role in saving humanity wouldn't have happened if he
didn't know about that he had concieved a child, and it is to her
they should thank, not him. Later he talks to Futuyuski asking for
more time to do a project, his new third child is driving him nuts
'like his wife usually does.' Ikari Asuka hears this and is rather
upset.
Shinji and family watch as Major Kensuke in Eva Unit-02 and a squad of
Eva imps fire a 21 gun solute.
