The Silver Senchi

                                                   Chapter Four
                                                  The First Wave

	Suddenly the youma caught the end of Pluto's staff as she was jumping away and flung her to the ground. "AHH!!....oof!" she screamed as the air was knocked from her lungs.  Saturn leapt in front of Pluto, lifting her Glaive.  "Silence.....Block!" she screamed holding her Glaive in front of her and Pluto, protecting them both.  "Space Sword.......BLASTER!!"  Uranus fell to the ground and rolled as she shouted her attack, slicing at the creature from underneath.  The youma, not expecting a blast from below, attempted to move, but was too late, and took the attack in the leg.  Uranus leapt up and tried to get away from the Youma as quickly as possible.  The creature, which looked like some half bear half woman, opened its mouth and a wave of vertigo came from it, disorientating Uranus.  She stumbled and fell down.  "Deep........SUBMERGE!"  The Bear-woman dodged to one side, avoiding the stream of on coming water.  It then leapt toward Uranus, who was still recovering from the dizzying effects of the vertigo.  "Hold it right there!!"  came a voice from the darkness.  The youma stopped and turned it head, giving Uranus time to get out of the way.  Up on a ledge of a building were 6 silhouettes.  As the Outers looked up, Neptune turned to Uranus and said, "Why do they always have to have a dramatic entrance?"  Uranus shrugged in response.  The young woman in the green fuku jumped down from the building, landing by Saturn, who was still guarding Pluto.  "Saturn! What happened? It Pluto okay?"  Saturn turned to her and looked worriedly, "I do not know Jupiter, she hasn't got up yet....I'll keep up the shield, you check her out."  "Hai! Mercury, get down here!"  Jupiter yelled up to the blue suited soldier.  The youma, hearing all that noise, turned towards them.  "Oh no you don't!"  shouted the tall black haired woman.  "FIRE.........SOUL!!!! she placed her fingers together and a ball of flame gathered on her fingertips, the shot out from her, stopping the youma and singing its fur.  "Venus!.....Love and Beauty SHOCK!!"  exclaimed a beautiful blonde woman and she flung a chain of hearts towards the beast, nearly hitting it.  "Damn! It's too quick! I can't hit it!"  "Let me try..." said a winged soldier. She lifted a scepter in the air and spun it around and around.Finally it power built to it's full strength and she unleashed it's attack, "Starlight ...honeymoon... therapy....KISS!!!"  a long beam of pure light sprang at the bear-woman.  It opened its mouth and let out a long painful scream, it was high pitched, and the glass around them cracked.  The Senchi yelled and covered their ears.  The vertigo from the youma not only stopped the attack, but sent all the soldiers stumbling, the ground reeling around them.  Then two things happened.  A beam of energy and a blood red rose hit the youma at the same time.  The beast yelled in pain and stopped it scream.  The Senchi looked up, on a roof was the familiar form of Tuxedo Kamen, cape billowing in the wind.  In the entrance of the alley, stood three leather clad figures.  Chibi Moon looked at them, then turned to Sailor Moon, "Sailor Moon, who are they?"  Sailor Moon face faulted, "They are...your "Uncles" Chibi Moon...ano...I guess right now their your Aunts."  She snickered, Chibi Moon gaped, "I knew they were girls in Sailor form, but...*leather*??"  The tallest of the Three moved forward, "Star Gentle...Uterus!!" The shortest stood just behind her, "Star Sensitive.......Inferno!!!"  The two attack sped towards the youma from either side.  While trying to dodge the blasts, the youma got caught between them and was hit from either side.  It jumped into the air, disorientated and confused.  In a swirl of black and red, Tuxedo Kamen hurled down from the top of the building towards the beast.  His cane connected with it's head and it fell back to the ground.  Kamen turned towards Sailor Moon, "Now!"  "Hai!" she replied, and once again lifted her scepter.  "Silver..Moon Crystal....Power.....KISS!!!"  The energy hit the youma directly in the back, turning it to dust instantly.  
	All the Senchi began moving over to Pluto, who was still on the ground, being checked out by Mercury.  "Mercury, I'm fine, let me up."  "No Pluto-san," said Mercury sternly.  Fighter leaned over, "So, how is she?"  Mercury sat back and sighed, 'Her leg is broken." the general gasps, sighs, and 'oh greats' accompanied that statement.  Sailor Chibi Moon moved forward, "But we need her to fight!  I didn't think we could break bones in Senchi form...that could take weeks to heal!"   Mercury nodded, "I know Chibi Moon, but there's nothing I can do.  Because she's a Senchi, she'll heal quicker than a normal human, but it'll still take awhile."  "Stupid!" muttered Pluto, "I should have been quicker than that!"  Everyone changed back into their normal forms.  Seiya looked around at all of them, "Is there any way that we could arrange to stay together tonight? I think it would be wise."  Rei nodded, "He's right, I think that youma was just the start." Usagi shook her head, "Uh uh......There aren't going to be more than one a night."  "No Usagi-chan, I think there are going to be more attacks tonight."  Haruka thought for a moment then said, "You can all stay at our house, it's big enough for everyone."  Usagi sighed, "Okay, I better call my mom...she thinks we're out on a walk."  Haruka and Mamoru leaned down and helped Setsuna up, supporting her, and basically carrying her back to the house.
	When they reached Haruka's mansion, they got Setsuna to a bed, and made a make-shift splint for her leg.  Hotaru was determined to stay with Setsuna, so Michiru got out some blankets and made a bed for her on the floor.  The Three Lights got their own room, Minako and Rei were put in one room, and Makoto and Ami in another.  Mamoru refused to leave Usagi and Usa unprotected, so Michiru got out some more blankets and pillows to make a bed for him on the floor too, while Usagi and Usa slept on the bed.  Haruka and Michiru stayed in their bedroom.  Usagi had called her mother when she had gotten in, and told Ikuko that she and her friends were staying at Haruka's.  Usagi slipped into bed and pulled the covers up.  She looked over at Usa, who was already asleep.  Usagi moved over and put an arm around her, hugging her.  Both of them had their Odango's down, and Usagi ran her hand through her daughters hair.  She smiled sadly.  She had missed her future daughter more than anyone would know, and now she was back, but in another time of war.  And when this fight was over, she would return to the future, and she wouldn't see her child for another thousand years.  And that was a long time to wait.  Mamoru walked in to the room from the bathroom and smiled as her looked at his family.  He walked to the side of the bed, looking at Usagi and Usa, who were both asleep.  He bent down and kissed both their foreheads, then moved over to his bed on the floor.  He lay down on it, and stared up at the ceiling.  After half an hour, he dozed off, thinking of the enemy, his family, and his job of protecting them and the Senchi.

	Seiya sat back on the couch.  Yaten was one the opposite couch, and Taiki got the single bed, because he was the tallest, and didn't fit on the couch.  Yaten sighed and leaned against his seat, "So," he said, "What are we going to do?"  Seiya looked confused, "What do you mean?"  Taiki look calmly at him, "What we mean is...what are we going to do? Are we going to fight?"  Seiya looked startled, "Nani? Of course we're going to fight.....what else would we do?"  Yaten sighed in aggravation, "Those Sailor Senchi have given you a soft spot Seiya.  Remember, this isn't our galaxy, and it's not our job to defend it.  We protected it before because of Galaxia, so we didn't have a choice.  And defending it then nearly got us killed.  Personally, I'd rather be toasting local youma at home than *getting* toasted by incredibly powerful youma here, thank you very much."  Seiya's mouth was open in shock, before he said, "I can't believe you'd think that! Are you afraid of them Yaten?! Taiki??  We can't just abandon them!"  Taiki looked up at him sternly, "We can and we will if we think it's the right choice.  And we're not afraid, but if we are hurt or worse in this fight, then our home will be left without defenders, and our Princess without guards.  We have priorities Seiya, and priority number one isn't helping out alien Senchi in protecting their galaxy, which would make no difference to us weather it existed or not.  Priority number one is protecting the Princess and out planet, and we're not forsaking that just because you have feelings for the leader of this planets Senchi."  Seiya just stood there, shocked and amazed at his teammates harsh words.  "So...what do you think we should do, Yaten? Taiki?"  Yaten looked down and thought for a moment, "I don't know yet, I'll fight for now, but if fighting gets too hazardous or dangerous, we're taking the Princess home."  Taiki nodded in agreement.  Seiya was silent, he knew that nothing he said would change their minds now, he'd talk to the Princess about this when they got back to their apartment.  He was glad they'd left her there, instead of bringing her on this fight.
