Keiichi mourns the lack of time he and Belldandy are allowed to have together when out of the blue Urd and Skuld are called away to heaven by the Creator. Keiichi falls down on his knees thanking the Creator for his gift but there’s a catch. Both Skuld and Urd have left threats in their absence; Skuld has left Benpei on special attack mode so if Keiichi tries anything with Bell he’ll regret it, unfortunately, Urd also left threatening lightening bolts if Keiichi doesn’t try anything! It’s a catch 22 that leaves Keiichi so uncomfortable that he can’t even sleep

A few days go on like this when Belldandy collapses. Belldandy’s sick and Keiichi is alone to care for her. He tries human medicine but it doesn’t work so he goes into Urd’s huge stash but all the labels are in a cryptic code. Keiichi worries what each pill will do to Bell so he tries each kind of medicine himself. Many strange reactions occur and at one point Keiichi is actually turned into a rather well endowed girl! Dauntless Keiichi forges on, finding nothing that would help his beloved

OK, new strategy. Keiichi begins to call every help number in the phone book in hopes of recreating the miracle that began everything and get some help from above. After a few very wrong numbers he finally gets the Helper Goddess Hotline and it turns out that Urd is manning the phones. Urd gives him the right formula to help Belldandy and Keiichi, still wearing the long locks of his female form, administers it.

Unfortunately, in order to make the pill go down, Keiichi must drink water himself and then kisses it into Belldandy’s mouth. Of course Benpei catches him and poor Keiichi gets pervert written all over his face.
