Character Info:

Nuriko is originally introduced as a princess of the court of Konan. But it turns out that Nuriko becomes everyone's (every FY fan's, that is) favorite cross-dresser! So the supposed 'she' is actually a 'he.' Nuriko usually wears women's clothing though sometimes he has been known to put on men's attire.

As for the reason as to why Nuriko cross-dresses.... he had a sister who was the real princess of the court, but she died. In order to preserve her memory Nuriko started posing as her. (I know it doesn't make sense! But don't ask me! I didn't write the series!) ^_^

Nuriko is very much in love with Hotohori and becomes jealous when Hotohori says loving words to Miaka.

Nuriko has incredible physical strength, lifting huge boulders and large debris with ease and nonchalance, as if they weigh the same as a single feather.

Character Description:

Nuriko, as I said before, has a jealous nature when it comes to Hotohori. He gives Miaka mild threats though of course he'd never really do anything to her, especially since he knows that Tamahome is the one that Miaka really loves.

He takes pride in his great strength. He also does not have a very serious nature, though in times of emergency he can be very serious.
