Chibi-Usa has the distinction of being one of the most
widely-disputed characters on Sailor Moon. Some hail her as the
essence of all that is kawaii; others condemn her as a spoiled child
ten times whinier than Usagi at the beginning. But no matter what you
think of her, Chibi-Usa is also Sailor Chibi-Moon, the daughter of
Neo-Queen Serenity and King (Neo-King?) Endymion in the future. Her
best friend is Sailor Pluto, whom she affectionately refers to as
"Puu". She can create magical objects such as fire extinguishers,
guns, and hypnotic umbrellas with her Luna-P ball. And Diana, Luna
and Artemis' kitten in the future, is her own "advisor cat". While
she seems fanatically in love with Mamoru, her future father, she
*does* eventually transfer her affections to the safer realm of
Helios.
