This is a side view an Azalea that I purchased in Northern VA last fall. We had not seen the flowers, but are very happy with their color.
This is the front view of the same azalea. You can see that it has very interesting trunk structure.
We think this is a form of boxwood When we found it, it was in terrible shape and almost dead. We got permission to dig it up from the grounds of the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Va. and we think it will turn out to be one of our favorites. The grassy looking growth in the left of the pot is status, it gets a pretty bloom in the spring.
This is a wisteria we have had for three years and it refuses to bloom. We are trying to keep the height of the plant down until the trunk diameter can catch up.
