How could you leave me with a goodbye?
I lie in my four corner room all alone as I cry.
You said you were going to visit me one time
Was all that you said just a bunch of lies?
I believed every word you said
Was your intention for me to be mislead?
There are so many question running around in my head.
How could I have been such a fool to believe you'd go down here just to meet me?
I gave you my friendship and that was for free.
It just seems as though you treat me as if I were the enemy
But now I am asking, May I be your friend, honestly?
Cause I'm lying on my bed thinking you just lied
You got my heart breaking in two
How could I possibly have been the fool?
My nievity to believe our friendship was true.
I gaze out at the grey cloudy sky
and repeated the words as a tear falls from my eye
"If you shall leave me remember my defintion of a friend
until the very end...goodbye...goodbye....goodbye...."
