Killer, assasin, heart of ice....... the most perfect assasin in the world.......Seishirou Sakurasuka is the number one assasin from the clan Sakurazukamori (he killed the previous one to become the number one). He had a relation with Subaru and her sister Hokuto. Sei-chan, as Hokuto calls him, is trying to get Subaru's love but both of them are men. El tuvo una relacion con Subaru y con su hermana Hokuto. Sei-chan, como Hokuto le llama, esta tratando de conseguir el amor de Subaru, lo malo es que ambos son hombres. Seishirou es de los mas guapos y galantes personajes en Tokyo Babylon ( y ahora en X) pero el es un tipo de corazon frio.......por lo cual nadie puede conseguir su amor pues no tiene ninguno para dar.....
