Right click on the link and pick "Save As" or "Save Target As" and rename the file as an .asf file (Example: clip1.asf). Then go to your file manager/windows explorer and look in the folder where you saved the file (it's only a link file, not the movie file itself) and double click on it. Or, you can open your windows media player and open the file from there.
If you have any problems viewing these files, it could be that the server (Stareast) is down, or you do not have the updated media player. You can go to the Microsoft page to download it. (The newer version has a video screen with the words "Windows Media" on it.)
