Congratulations, you're all twice blessed this month...not one, but TWO fabulous quotes for you!! *L* I don't know about you, but I think THOSE are the kind of speeches Rei should give when she throws her ofuda at the bad guys. Her ofuda, of course, is the scroll she uses to banish evil (little known fact: that isn't actually one of her powers as a sailor scout, just something she picked up from her spiritualist studies at the temple). Anyways, it just seemed fitting somehow to start out the New Year with an attempt to banish evil, so there you are, a genuine, life-size reproduction of Rei's ofuda for you all. ^_^ Funky, isn't it? If you really wanted to, you could even print it off and go around throwing it at people...but I should warn you, there's a very fine line between "big fan" and "completely insane"... :) So be careful! BTW, I have no idea where this pic came from originally, so my apologies to whoever made it...I'd give credit if I could!
Before I forget, here's a cute picture I promised I would post again...me at Halloween (duh) when I was four. :) And you thought all witches were ugly!
I don't have a topic at all this month, so I guess I'll just babble instead. Or maybe I'll just skip right to the December events...besides the obvious, I don't think anything happened. In January, though (since I am ONCE AGAIN so very late) my good friend Alex FINALLY had his baby on the 14th (ok, technically HE didn't have the baby, Michelle had the baby. But I'm sure you can all figure this out...). A little girl named Kayla Marie...I haven't seen her yet, but I'm told she's incredibly cute. ^_^ So congratulations to Alex and Michelle!! Coming up in January--Tina's birthday on the 22nd, and I think that's it. Unless you count the start of midterms (sigh) but that's hardly an event to celebrate!
