Kappa
Phi Lambda has been the source of much personal growth and inspiration
for me. I decided to make this page as a tribute to all my Binghamton
sisters, and composed the original site in the summer of '97. For
that I owe much recognition and thanks to my bomb diggity brother, Charles,
for teaching me all the basics, and fellow webmistresses Rosalynn
Patamarapipan, the best twin I could ever
have asked for, and web site forerunner, Anna
Si. Together their support and skills
have helped me put together the Alpha Chapter web site, and without them,
I'm sure this endeavor would have taken much longer and been much more
difficult. The Alpha Chapter site has been entirely revised from
the original, which crashed many curious browsers because of the mass amounts
of gifs and applets. The newest version was created on June 11, 1998
solely of my own efforts. Thanks to all the sisters who took the
time out to notice all my hard work. Hope everyone likes it.
If
you have any questions or comments about the Alpha Chapter site, feel free
to e-mail the webmaster

To
all my sisters...
You
all have taught me things about myself and the world which I probably would
never have learned on my own. You each have given me the strength
and inspiration in your own individual way. This is for all kappas
worldwide. Let us always remember that we are sisters, but let's
also never lose touch with the people we were before we became sisters.
The road to Kappa Phi Lambda is difficult and arduous. We all experienced
our own rites of passage along the way. And now that we are members
of this powerful family, keep this in mind:
Remember
the person you were
Reflect
on the person you are
and
always
Treasure
the SISTER you ought to be
We
are all family. Though we are expanding, and some sisters have gone
off into their own futures, we still are and always will be connected.
This is for Kappa Phi Lambda, because I still believe in who we are, and
I treasure what we all will become.
