Nicholas's new cd's (one Mandarin and one Cantonese) are coming soon!! At a press conference Nicholas joked that his Chinese might sound awful, and like he is a Japanese or African person speaking Chinese! Also, he commented on how he probably wouldn't be singing the songs for his new movie, as Ekin is at a much higher status than him. He also said that this proves that just because he is Patrick's song doesn't mean he gets special treatment!!

Nic wrote a song!!It is called 末世紀的呼聲. He wrote the lyrics and the music himself!!! yay!!! i myself haven't heard the song yet but i'll report back to u guys once i do!!!

Nic told reporters that he got the idea for his song "末世紀的呼聲" from Wong Ka Kui-the Beyond member who died. Nicholas was a big fan of Beyond and every time he goes near the cemetary which Ka Kui was buried in, Nicholas stops to pay his respects. He also said that every time he leaves the cemetary, he tells Ka Kui-"rock and roll never dies"

Apparently, the song "末世紀的呼聲" has a few lyrics contained in it that are considered offensive to certain religions(i'm not sure if it's christian or catholic) so Nic has been in a little trouble lately as he did write the lyrics.

Nicholas is going to be starring in a new movie 特警新人類 . it's a police movie and he had to streak his hair for it! so his hair is now black with golden/brown streaks. It looks really good!!!!!

Nicholas cut himself!!! While filming his new cop movie, he accidentally fell into a pile of glass and cut his face and arms!!! He even got a few pieces of glass into his mouth!! Luckliy, he's ok!!!!

in a recent award show, Nicholas showed up dressed very casually, wearing only jeans and t-shirt. this action gained him much criticism from the public, as they said that he was not showing respect by dressing like this. they also praised him though, saying that he has his own personality, and it shows. also, in his new movie, nicholas insisted on doing all his own stunts, as he said it was his job.

At the Jade Solid Gold presentation awards, Sammi's fans were being a little bit rude in booing the other singers, so Nic proceeded in "teaching" them some manners, which brought on a lot of criticism on Nic, saying that he shouldn't be teaching other people manners, since he doesn't seem to have any himself...poor nic=(

There have been recent rumours of Nic being "frozen" by TVB, and in a recent interview, Nic commented on how he was slightly angry at TVB for changing the name of "Aiming High" from a Judo title, to one that seemed to hint on Nic and Nicola's rumors of them going out. Also, although "Aiming High" was supposed to air a long time ago, it has been cut and it is unknown when the show will be on air.

In a recent interview in Sing Tao newspaper, the reporters asked Nic: "do you really hate the reporters?" and Nic replied "no, i don't hate them but i just dislike it when i say one thing, and they criticize me, and when i saw another they also criticize me, so whatever i do, they will always find a way to criticize me".

Nic has been asked by Japan to sing the theme song for "super-man" (Tsiu-yun, not the Canadian super man, but that japanese cartoon character), but the song must be sung in mandarin so Nic has been learning his Mandarin as quickly as possible for the last little while, trying to perfect his accent. When reorters asked if he was gonna ask Eason Chan to help him with the "Tsiu-yun" research, he said "not yet, later, me and Eason will go together to fight the monsters"..referring to a video game..

Recently, Nic was involved in a slight car accident in hk. While driving to a friends home (not him driving, but a driver in a Fitto Company car) to go out for dinner, the car met a middle aged man standing in the middle of the street. In order to avoid the man (and I think his family was with him), the car was forced to drive very slowly around them. Despite the driver's efforts, the car slightly brushed the man while trying to go around them. The man became very angry, and Nic was forced to get out of the car to join the driver in talking to the man. The man was very angry and phoned the police, and when the police came, told them that Nic had sweared and threatened him. Nic denied this, and said that although he was very angry and did say use inappropriate language, he did not threaten the man and only told the man that he should've watched out for his own family's safety (while walking on the street). Nic also said that he believed that the only reason this man was making such a big fuss was because he was in the entertainment circle (Nic)

When asked about the divorce between Faye Wong and her husband, Nic said that he would "rather not comment, because whatever he says, he will be criticized for...even if he says no comment..people will say he is rude". Also, Nic will be starring in a "mo hup" (olden day Chinese style) movie. Nic said that he is very excited about this although he has heard many scary stories about the itchy wigs they have to wear and the many layers of clothing in the hot weather.
