Oh my God, I can't believe that I am going to graduate next month!!! I thought that I would never make it! Yippee!! Oh calm down Serena. Geesh. Awe, Luna this is going to be awesome! You have to be excited for me. Right? Yeah Meatball Heard I am really glad that you are going to graduate. Have you told Darien and the others about going to YHC? No, not yet. I did not tell them because I did not think that they would believe me. Why Serena, everyone is amazed that you have been doing so well. Ever since ya'll defeated the Wise Man, you have really been studying. I'm proud to be your cat!! Why thank you Luna. Maybe I should tell them, but I don't want to leave Japan. I am going ot miss all of them. Even Raye. I just know that I am going to be upset cause I have to leave Darien. Well he will probably go with you Serena. He loves you too much not to let you go alone. Yeah your right Luna. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I am nervous. I can't believe it Luna! Ok Serena I get your point, but can we go to bed? Yeah sure Luna! You go right on an sleep you lazy cat! Oh hush Serena and don't stay up too late staring at the stars. I wonder if I shoul go to Darien's apartment and talk to him about YHC. Darien's Apartment

Knock Knock. Yeah what do ya want? Oh hi Serena. Do you know what time it is? Yeah, I'm sorry that I woke you up, but I have to talk to you about something. Well come on in and I'll be right back. Ok Muffin. Uh Serena ya want anything to eat or drink? Not really Muffin I just have to talk to ya. Ok? Ok. So what's on you mind? Well you know I am graduating in a month right? Well I got accepted to YHC. In the United States. Uh, um, and I am going there. WHAT???? You got into YHC???? I can't believe that, wow Serena I am so proud!!! I can't believe it that's amazing!!! Thanks Darien. I'm glad that you are not upset. Why would I be upset? Well I have to go to the US and I have to live there. I just did not know what to expect from you. Well I'm going to go with you, that way I can be close to you. Darien you don't have to leave your job. I know that you like it here. Why don't you just stay here? No Serena, I'm not going to lose you. Besides there is an opening in the US and I am sure that I can get it so I can work and be with you at the same time. Ok? Ok Muffin. If you want to. Oh Darien, I am so glad that you got over that dream thing. I was so misreable. I had no one to talk to. Well I am not going to let anything like that seperate us again. What am I going to tell my friends? I don't know how they will react. And you know what? What? I am going to miss everyone, including Raye. Did I make the right decision? Yes Serena you did, I am sure that everyone is going to be proud of you and glad that you have an oppertunity to go to the US. It is so amazing. What did your parents say? They told me that they were proud and that they could not believe that I had made it in. They were very excited. That's good. I'm excited and proud too. Why don't you stay here tonight? We can talk and eat some new things that Lita sent me. Ok that sounds like fun. So what are you going to tell everyone? And who are you going to tell first? Well I told Luna first, then my parents, and then you. I think that I am going to tell Ami next. Then Renie, Lita, Greg, Molly, Melvin, Andrew, Mina, Chad, Artemis, and then Raye. It is going to hit her the hardest since we are best friends. I don't know how she is going to react. I am going to make sure that my hair is put up cause with her reaction, fire might go every where and I really don't want to have my hair burned off. Yeah that would suck. What are you going to tell them? I don't know. I was hoping that you could help me. Ok how can I help my Serena? Well what do I tell them besides I got into YHC and I am going there? Um, how much that you are going to miss them, and that I am going with you. But what about Sailor Moon, and the Scouts? How are we going to fight Nega-trash when we are on different continents? Well then we will have to use the teleport to get to them. The communicators will work in the US, right? Yeah I think. Oh Darien I don't know what I am going to do. I don't want to leave everyone here but I want to finish my education that way I can become an interior designer. I just wish that I could take everyone with me. But that would never happen. Lita is going to cooking school, Ami is going to the University to become a doctor, Raye is at her temple, and Mina is going to be a model. I don't know what to do. Well we will just have to wait and see what happens.I think that I can convience everyone to go to the US, that would be awesome. Uh Darien, hello? Anyone in there? Oh sorry. I just spaced out a little. Ok. Just checking to make sure that you are still awake. I'm glad that tomorrow is a Saturday. Uh Serena, its after midnight so technically it is Saturday. Tomorrow will be Sunday. DARIEN!!! Don't confuse me anymore than I already am!!!! Geesh Serena, calm down, it was only a joke. Ok Muffin. So what else do you want to talk about? I don't know. How about graduation night. You have to help me plan a huge party. Ok? Yeah that I can do. We can rent a town house and have a huge party. Yeah that sounds good. Ok lets do it! Ok, well I think that we should get some sleep. I'll sleep on the couch ok? No Darien, you sleep in your bed, I can sleep anywhere. Yeah I know. Hey what's that supposed to mean? Nothing Serena, go on go to my room and sleep on the bed. Ok if ya insist Muffin! Yeah Meatball Head I do!! Arrggg, Darien, don't call me that! Ok Serena! Night doll, love ya! Love ya too Muffin!

Darien's thoughts: Wow Serena was really upset. She did not even want any food. That is a first. I wonder what living in America is like. Serena and I would have to get an apartment together. That could be interesting. I don't know if I could handle her messes that she makes. Well I have no room to talk. Oh well. I can't believe that she got into YHC. That is so amazing. I am so happy for her. I wish that the others would be that happy. Raye is going to be very upset. I think that I am going to go with her when she tells everyone. It might make things better, or it could make them worse. Oh well I'll ask her in the morning. Wait it is morning, its 4 am. Oh well I'll ask her when we get up around noon. I wonder what America is going to be like?

Serena's thoughts: I can't believe that Darien wants to go to the US with me. On no that means that we have to get an apartment together. I hope that he can handle me and my messes. He better if he knows what's good for him. I hope that everyone else is as happy as he is. I am so worried what Raye is going to do. I think that I am going to ask Darien to go with me when I tell everyone that way Raye and everyone else can't hurt me or something like that. Well I guess I should go to bed. I can't believe that Darien gave up his bed. I bet that by the time that we wake up he will be in bed. I better not take the entire bed up. I wonder what America is going to be like?

Chapter 2

Serena's View on Graduation Part Two

Serena, hey Serena, wake up! Its 10am, and breakfast is ready. Ok mom just give me five more minutes. Please, come on mom, five more minutes then I will get up. Serena I am not your mother. And if you don't get you butt out of bed in the next two seconds I am going to tickle you to death. OK OK I'm up Darien. Jeepers. So what's for breakfast? Ham, eggs, and toast. I hope that you like it. You cooked? Cool, let me at it!! So Serena have you figured out a way to tell Raye yet? Um, no I have not. Have you? Why do I have to? I'm not her bestfriend. Oh hush, or your going to get a lap full of eggs!!! Darien I don't know what I am going to say to her. She is going to be so mad at me. Well she might be more upset than mad. Don't you think? Yeah, but still I think that you should wear fire-repellant clothes, just in case. I like Raye she goes a little wild with the fire here and there. I also think that I should go with you. For moral support, and protection from Raye. Really? You'd go with me to tell ALL of my friends?? Wow thanks Muffin. This makes it a little bit easier. Well thanks for breakfast. I think that I am going to take a shower now. Um what drawer did you put my extra clothes in? The second one in the dresser. Thanks Muffin! Your welcome. Don't use all the hot water. K? K. Serena is sure acting weird. I hope that she can tell everyone without crying or getting upset. What am I thinking, this is Serena, my Meatball Head, who gets upset if a wild animal does not have any place to live. I am so glad that Serena agrees that I should go with her to tell everyone. I wonder how Raye is going to react. She and Serena have been really good friends for quite some time now. I hope that Raye can act her age when Serena tells her. I can't wait till Serena graduates. She is going to be so surprised. I hope that she will like what I have for her. Serena, hey Meatball Head, you forgot to get a towel. On no, Darien, I did not lock the door! AAHH!!run to the door, open it before he does! Um, thanks Dairen, can I take my shower now? Yeah go ahead, but don't open the cabinet door, it does not close all of the way. Ok thanks!

15 minutes later

Darien, I'm through hurry up so that we can go to Amy's house. Ok. I can't wait to tell Amy. I am so excited about being accepted to YHC. I am going to have so much fun. I am releived that Darien is not upset. Well he really shouldn't be because he said that he is going with me. That is going to be awesome. And Luna, I get to bring Luna to the United States. She is going to love it there. Oh no, I forgot. Luna and Artemis are cat dating. Oh no, I can't leave Luna here, but I can't drag her away from Artemis. That would kill her kitty heart. Maybe Darien can help me with this problem too. I am so confused. Leaving Japan would mean that the Scouts would not have a leader. Yeah Darien is through. Time to break the news to Amy, then Renie, and then the others.> Serena are ya ready? Yeah Darien. Lets go. Ok.

At Amy's House

Serena hey come on in. What's up? Nothing much Amy, I justgotacceptedtoYHCintheUnitedStatesandIamgoingthere. What??? I was accepted to go to YHC in the United States and i am going there. Wow!!! I am so proud of you! I guess all the studying paid off huh? Yeah it did Amy. Your not mad at me for choosing to go there? No not at all. I am just pondering what we are going to do when Sailor Moon is needed. I could always teleport there. Yeah that could and will work. I am so glad that you are going there Serena. Oh yeah and Amy Darien is going with me. Oh really Darien, what about your job? I am going to see if I can get the new job that is going to be offered and with that job I can go to the U.S. with Serena. Oh I get it. Cool. So who else have you told Serena? Um, Luna, my parents, Darien and now you. You did not tell Raye first? Man she is going to skin you alive! Yeah I know, that's why I brough protection-Darien! Good, do you mind if I come along to Serena? I want to help pass on the good news! Sure you can help me with Raye too. I am going to tell her last. I know its mean for everyone but her to know about it but I am not sure how she is going to react and I don't want to tell her first and then have to tell everyone why I have burns on my clothes. I think that this way might be easier for her and me. Shall we get going? Next is Renie. K, lets go to your house Serena! I am so proud of you Serena. I was hoping that you could get into college since you have been studying so much this past year. I'm glad that my math skills have improved your learining capibilities! Um Amy I did not get the last part. Improved my eating capibilities? No Serena, Amy said that she was glad that her math skills have improved your learning capibilities. Oh thanks Muffin. Well we're here. Come on up to Renie's room. She should be awake.

Serena!!!! Where have you been young lady? Um sir, Serena was at my house last night. I called her over so that we could talk about colleges and Serena told me the good news. Well young lady you could have told someone where you were going. Yes Papa. I will from now on. Is Renie awake? Yeah she is watching cartoons in your room. That little brat's in my ROOM!!!?? Yeah Serena, her tv broke last night and I told her that you would not mind if she watched tv in your room. Well, if she had persmission, than lets go tickle her!

AAHHH!! Serena no I have permission to be in here, my tv broke and please don't be mad at me I just wanted to watch Scooby Doo and the Boo Brothers movie. I'm sorry I'll go down stairs now. Oh Renie, its ok. I just wanted to scare you. Are you sure? I'm trying to be more responsible so I asked if I could go into your room. Its ok Renie. Hey I have some great news. Remember that college that I applied to inthe United States? Well I got into it! So it does not matter anymore if you come into my room. It can be your playroom. Serena, your going to leave me? Yeah, is that ok? Well as long as Darien does not go. Well little moon brat, he is. Hey I have an idea, why don't you come with us? We could be a real family then. Serena, that's not such a good idea. You and Darien taking care of a 10 year old in a new country, along with Serena's school work, and Darien working. It might not work. Oh Amy it is perfect! Renie can go to school while I'm in school and then I'll pick her up and then we can be home when Darien arrives. Well Serena I think that Amy is right. This might not work out because of all the paper work and stuff. Darien, Serena, Amy, I want to go to the United States. I think that it will help me futher my studies. Don't you agree Amy? Yes I do Renie, but are you going to be able to handle leaving all of your friends behind and having to make new ones in the U.S.? Yes Amy I am 10 you know. Ok then its settled! Well Renie I have to tell the others. You can stay in my room as long as you don't mess anything up! Um Serena, your room is a total pigpen, there is no way that Renie could make it any worse than it already is. Oh gee thanks Darien, you have no room to talk!! You guys lets go and tell Lita and Greg. They are going to be estatic! But Serena, what are you going to do when Sailor Moon is needed in Japan? Yeah Renie was sure ready to drop her friends to go to the U.S., that makes me wonder if she has any really good friends here. Darien has she told you anything about her friends? No she hasn't Serena. Wow motherly instincts are taking over and we aren't even in the U.S. yet. Serena he's right. Why are you so caught up with Renie's friends? I am sure that she has a ton of friends and they will become her penpals. Well Amy I hope that you are right.
