Michiru is much like Amy in some ways. She's graceful, smart and very compassionate. She likes to be the most potent at times.

As Sailor Neptune, she's a lot more serious. She's even what you would call mean. But she will give a little concern for the other scouts. Speaking of which, she shares a relationship with Haruka(Sailor Uranus). She too is looking for the tailisman and will stop at nothing to get it. Unlike Sailor Uranus, Neptune won't sacrifice her. She loves Haruka too much for that.

The talisman that Michiru possess is the Deep aqua mirror. It shows the true face of the enemy and diminishes them sometimes.

Sailor Neptune's powers, as you may guess, come from water as well as Sailor Mercury; only Neptune's power is from the ocean. Sailor Neptune is more stronger than Mercury is.

Like all of the other sailor scouts, Sailor Neptune is the princess of the planet Neptune. Her castle is named Triton Castle. You can say that she does have everything that it takes to be a princess.

Well take a look at Michiru transforming into Sailor Neptune in the background, pretty neat uh...and take a good look at some of the attacks that Sailor Neptune has.
