Snow Mountain Lodge
This is the Snow Mountain Lodge, the one place where to stay while enjoying the
winter pleasures of the mountain. This rustic building's walls are made of dark
wood planks with the odd red brick pillar mixed in. The lobby is two stories
high, warm and comfortable with a central fireplace surrounded by benches for
socializing. The proprietress, an elderly little lady, smiles as she walks around
the benches and offers cups of hot chocolate. The south wing houses the guest
chambers, another door indicates the access to the hot springs, or you can go to
the solarium to enjoy the weather without its rigors.

halfway, making note of this. It does seem a bit atypical.

his nap, he yawns, stretches, and sits up. "Didn't know you did that... knit, I

stuff than me."
>Rei shrugs. He hasn't met Kasumi... or if he has, not in a long time. He
ventures to ask, "... Any -reason- why you're knitting?"

>Rin opens her eyes. o.o
>Ucchan still tries to inextricate her fingers from her messed-up knitting. o_o;
>Rin blinks, "Why are you tying yourself in knots, Ukyouhan?"

>Rei doesn't believe it, but he fears the wrath of Ukyou 'c.c';

>Rei yawns again, and shifts on the floor. He blinks. "Slumber party? What's
that?"
>Rin nods, wanting to know about it too.
>Ucchan blinks at Rin, o.o "You weren't invited?"
>Rin says, "I don't think so..."
>Rementa enters from outside, accompanied by some cold air.
>Rementa glances around. "So this is where Inverse was staying ... "
>Ucchan n.n; "Well, I gotta correct that." speaking to Rin.
>Rin asks, "Does that mean I'll be invited too?"
>Ucchan nods, "Hm-hmm, It's next week, in the evening... Blue Spruce room 110,
you _do_ know what a slumber party is, right?"

>Rei looks over at Rememnta. Hmm, something about that person raises the hair on
the back of his neck...
>Rin asks, "A party where you sleep?"
>Rementa walks over to Ojiisan, and nods Hello.

You're looking at a reasonably tall human male, who seems not to belong to
any particular ethnic group - at least, not one you can identify by looking
at him. His hair is medium-dark brown, and roughly shoulder-length; his
eyes ... have no irises, just whites around solid black pupils. Beyond
that, he looks human.

>Teng enters quietly.. obscured under the heavy jacket as dark eyes scan the
room.

Deep eyes, reflecting the darkness of lonely midnights, suspiciously return your
glance. The form these orbs belong to suddenly tenses, and looks away.. seemingly
uncertain of its surroundings and most importantly; you. A worn out green cargo
jacket hangs over slumped shoulders.. making the young person appear shorter than
they are. under this jacket, a beige shirt peeks through, but a wool scarf blocks
off the view of any curves from the torso, making it hard to realize if the child
is male or female. Their baggy pants don't help either, crumpling to end at black
boots - large and worn - giving the legs no shape.
The figure looks to be either a teenage girl, or a boy a few years younger than
that. With no obvious definition, and their hair stuffed under a military green
colored hat with a rim and red star in the center. A few raven bangs peek out,
falling delicately over the thickly lashed eyes.. that seem exotic and more
beautiful than the rest of the body. The facial features are smudged with dirt..
but slender and pale. A complete contrast to the darkness of the clothing and
hair.
The defensive being seems to grow angry under your gaze.. puffing up their chest.
With a seemingly high self-confidense and cunning gleam in those onyx gems, they
scan the area.

>Rei oh's, and goes back to lying down in front of the fire. "Nothing I'd be
interested in..."
>Rin blinks at Ukyou, "I don't know...is it very difficult?"

>Rin says, "I'll find out when I get there, it'll make it more fun."
>Teng wanders closer to the fire.. seemingly drawn to its warmth, but otherwise..

>Rei sits up a little as he gets a visitor. Well, Rei has nothing against that.
>Ucchan says, "Well, ready a few tricky questions for the other girls, it's no
fun if you got nothing to _ask_ as a 'truth' n.n"
>Ojiisan looks at Rementa, "Young man? Are you wishing for a room?" o.o
>Rin says, "Tricky questions... I'll try to think of some..."

understand Lina Inverse, the infamous sorceress and Dragon Spooker, was staying

purposes, she'd happily destroy this entire mountain - and with a single spell,
yet."

>Rei sweatdrops. Most of the magic-users he's met have been either good all the
way through. Or evil SOB's. Lina...kinda falls in the middle.
>Rementa smiles. "I thought the story very believable ..."
>Rin asks, "Maybe she acted differently when she was at home?"
>Ojiisan says, "Oh no.... Not at all! If you wished it believable, you should
tell it like this..." he heads for the fireplace and puts up a smile, readying to
start a story. ^_^

>Rei moves himself to an actual couch now, deciding he's had enough of sitting in
front of the fire. "Hmm? Hello Lina."

>Teng takes this oppertunity to sit up-front-center.. closing dark lashes to bask
in the warmth.
>Lina says, "Vulpix needed to ask you something, Belldandy ..."
>Bell-chan asks, "Oh?"

Probably the first thing you notice about this young man is that he's a
tiger. Well, not exactly... though the resemblance is certainly close. The
striped pelt and tail are certainly the most telling feature, but there's also
the way he carries himself... if you watch closely, you see that every movement
is economical and deliberate. If you don't mind your men furry, he's actually
rather attractive; tall, lean, graceful, and with fine features. His unkempt mane
of yellow-ish hair (the same shade as his pelt) is tied into a pony-tail at the
base of his neck, while his large bangs are kept out of his face by a broad white
bandana.
Rei's currently dressed in his usual outfit. The main piece is a red
vest, the edges lined with gold-colored trim. It's left open in the front, not to
show Rei's figure off as much as to give him good freedom of movement. Metal
plates have been affixed to the shoulders of the vest; combined with the large
metallic armbands he wears on his forearms, this provides a modicum of armor
protection. His crimson slacks are held up at the waist by a broad leather belt,
with a good-sized sheath on either side. On his feet he wears custom boots, the
toes removed to show his large clawed toes.
Because this alone isn't suitable dress in the cold weather, Rei's taken
it upon himself to wear a large beige trenchcoat. It's probably very effective in
keeping the cold away, but whether Rei actually paid for it or not is up to
debate.

accompany you.."

>Rin asks Rei. "Ne. Do you know what happened about that sword?"
>Rei hmms? "I haven't got a clue... it was still sitting there when i left."

over dark eyes.. still giving no clue to this person's true gender.. though the
eyes glance up immediately when pointed at..
>Sakura-chan blinks at Rei, "You don't know if that's a girl or a guy? Come to
think, I'm not sure either." She vibrates - 10 seconds to liftoff, "I can find
out for you though!"
>Teng's eyes widen..
>Rei blinks. He isn't asking how, exactly.
>Sakura-chan pops up from her position, "Do you want me to? *.*"
>Rei sweatdrops. Considering how much money he scammed out of her, he'd feel
guilty if he refused. That, and he's a bit curious himself. "Um... sure?"

her. She skids to a stop just before reaching Teng, and blinks at Rin, "Do things

>Teng blinks.. watching the commotion.. and seems in disbelief that they're all
curious..
>Rin gives a sigh of relief, having feared the worst. "Oh."

wanna! I'm curious! And so is Rei-sama n.n"

>Teng continues.. the gruff voice questioning, "Rei-who..? Your boyfriend?"

>Tenchi says, "Are you tired of the snow yet Mayuka-chan? I know you've never
really seen it before but we've been here forever."

>( A high pitched "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" fills the room, not unlike that of a
siren as Sakura runs in little circles, leaving a smoke contrail in her wake as
she circles Teng's spot. She skids to a stop at Teng's feet and grabs the person
the shirt - or attempts to at least, in hyperspeed, "NONONONOONONONONONNO!
Rei-sama's just a friend we used to be a thing but y'know moms nstuff n'stuff so
stuff okay so which are you!? n.n )

why ya care."
>Teng leans back.. "But I ain't heartless.. what'll ya gimme if I tell ya?"
>Rin exclaims, "Tenchi! Why are you dragging this girl around with you!"
>Sakura-chan pikus, "Give you?"
>Teng nods, "Yeah. every piece of information's gotta price."
>Sakura-chan scritches her head. o O ( Ano.. Rei-sama wanted to know .. ) she
patpats herself down, hunting for something.
>Tenchi exclaims, "Rin, she's your niece!"
>Tenchi says, "Mayuka-chan."
>Rei arches an eyebrow. Reminds him of a few old friends of his. Professional
criminals can be so rude at times... not that Teng is one. Just seems to share
the same mannerisms.
>Mayuka asks, "Hai Daddy?"
>Rin says, "That's not Mayukchan. Mayuka is a baby."
>Tenchi says, "She got older."
>Tenchi says this in the same tone an X-Man wouyld say "I got better".

You see a girl around 12 years old, very Kawaii in appearance. She has short blue
hair with two long sideburn tendrils framing her face and two short pigtails tied
up to the sides. Right now she is wearing a white and red poko dot dress with
white gym shoes. She smiles as you look at her and you wonder, if Tenchi is her
father, which of the girls are her mother? Mayuka is as cute as Sasami, as tough
as Ryoko, as insecure as Aeka and (almost) as clueless as Mihoshi...but mostly,
Mayuka's Mayuka!

>Rei blinks, finally noticing Mayuka. Yeah, that is kinda weird...

worry about it. No charge, kay?" Slender hands pull back and release a clip..so
dark you don't notice it until its' pulled away. The edges of dark strands slip
forward, falling at jagged angels, accenting the high cheek bones and large,
slanted eyes.. "Name's Teng.. I'm a girl."
>Mayuka says, "hai "she smiles
>Tenchi . o O ( You think it's weird for you? I have a daughter five years
younger than me. )
>Rin smiles, still looking at Mayuka strangely.
>Sakura-chan smiles! "It's nice to meet you Teng!" She spins around and
screeches, "REEEEEEEEI-SAMAAAAAAAAA!" *poofs a Sakura shaped cloud in front of
Teng to claim her spot in front of Rei* *.*
>Rin . o O ( Tenchi is probably just making up stories to hide that he is dating
the much younger girl! )

>Tenchi asks, "Rin, what's that look on your face?"
>Teng shakes her head a moment.. grinning.. before she pulls back the jagged
edges of her short hair cut back into the clip. She then pulls on her green hat
and resumes the genderless identity.. leaning heavily in the chair. Once more..
giving up a chance to con a kid.
>Sakura-chan glomps Rei's arm, "Teng's a girl Rei-kun! n.n"
>Sakura-chan looks rather pleased at sniffing out the info for her Rei-sama ^_^
>Rei sweatdrops. "So I heard..."
>Rin shakes her head. "Nothing!" O_O
>Tenchi says, "Oh. That's okay then."

>Teng watches Sakura a moment.. as she glomps onto Rei.. and seems to lose
herself in thought.
>Rei pats Sakura on the head, for lack of a more appropriate reinforcer. "Er...
yeah."
>Rin looks back and forth between Tenchi and Mayuka, then shakes her head sadly.

DAISUKI!!! *GLOMPLATCHBEARHUG*"

puts one arm through a strap on her backpack.. and heads towards the door slowly.
>Tenchi says, "Are you sure, Mayuka-chan? It'll be hard to come back if we do."

>Teng tightens her jacket.. and opens the door.. frowning as she does.
>Rin blinks. "You're leaving now? You just got here?"
>Teng exits the lodge, closing the door to keep the warmth in.
>Tenchi says, "No, we've been here a while. I had to come back because
Mayuka-chan wanted to..."
>Tenchi offers to lead Mayuka.
>Rei asks, "W... want some... hot cocoa?"
>Rin says, "I might go back home soon too. Maybe I'll see you there."
>Sakura-chan wais! and lets go, "Sure! n.n"
>Rei takes in a -large- breath of air. "I'll go get it... wait here, eh?"
>Mayuka decides to follow Tenchi.
>Rin says, "Mayukahan.."
