Snow Mountain Lodge
This is the Snow Mountain Lodge, the one place where to stay while enjoying the
winter pleasures of the mountain. This rustic building's walls are made of dark
wood planks with the odd red brick pillar mixed in. The lobby is two stories
high, warm and comfortable with a central fireplace surrounded by benches for
socializing. The proprietress, an elderly little lady, smiles as she walks around
the benches and offers cups of hot chocolate. The south wing houses the guest
chambers, another door indicates the access to the hot springs, or you can go to
the solarium to enjoy the weather without its rigors.

>Rei reclines in front of the fireplace. Ever seen a cat do that? Rei's not much
better. Only -he- has hot chocolate.

A smiling young girl stands before you, her wild black hair set around her small
face with strands gracefully blowing across her scarlet eyes that often shimmer
purple in the light under thick black lashes. Her face is childlike at times with
a smile of satisfaction and play spread across her pale pink lips.
At the moment she's wearing a warm looking violet winter coat over a tight, black
leather appearing shirt. Around her neck a scarlet fleece scarf is wrapped, while
her legs - perfectly formed in their petite size - are encased in toasty black
leggings, leading to brown leather boots. Her soft eyes are accented by the open
area above them, since her bangs are held back by a scarlet fleece headband that
tucks under her short raven strands.
She smiles, a pure gesture of a friendly young girl.. and yet, she seems foreign.
Perhaps a little exotic with those fiery eyes amongst the cold weather. There is
simply something noticeably different about her.. almost intriguing. Her
movements are deliberate and flowing.. though, it may be seen that her hands
shimmer with an almost silvery tone, that is if you catch them out of their black
leather gloved confinement. In many ways, she appears a curious traveler.. with a
vibrant love of her surroundings.

>Gally-chan blinks.. and grins as she steps in, hefting a small black bag over
her shoulder.. "Konbanwa ^.^"
>Rei sits up. He looks over his shoulder and blinks... oh yeah, she works at
Ucchan, right? Almost nabbed him for defaulting on his bill. Anyway, where were
we? Oh yeah, Rei was going to say hello. "Hiyah!" '^^';
>Gally-chan doesn't seem to hold any grudges.. she seems as cheerful as ever,
"How're you, Rei-san? n.n" She wanders over to the couch and plops down, dropping
her bag to her side.
>Rei beams happily. Anyone who won't call the police is a friend to him. "Finally
managed to get enough money to take some time off!" And he didn't steal it,
either! He extorted it.
>Gally-chan grins.. leaning forward to remove her jacket, "Oh, that's great ^_^
Have you enjoyed your stay?"
>Rei nods. "You better believe it." Beats sleeping in the park. "Haven't been
this relaxed in ages."
>Gally-chan folds her jacket, setting it atop her bag, "Nice.. ^_^ Maybe Onyx and
I should of stayed up here.. but we stayed in Tokyo all winter."
>Rei hmms, and nods. "Well, winter isn't over yet." He ain't leaving until the
snow does.
>Gally-chan nods.. putting her scarf beside her as well, "True.. but I think
we're just gonna save up our money to redecorate our apartment ^.^"
>Rei scratches the side of his head. "Might be a better plan in the long run, I
guess."
>Gally-chan nodnods, "I hope so. Tokyo's been kinda boring, though.. but, we've
managed."
>Rei crosses his arms. "Better boring than dangerous, I say."
>Gally-chan blinks.. "Has it been dangerous up here?"
>Rei chuckles. "Only if you count Lina's mood swings." 'o.o';
>Gally-chan laughs softly and nods ^_^
>Rei wouldn't say that if she was here, of course 'c.c'
>Rei holds up his index finger, mood cheerful. "The hot chocolate is free. That's
the best part..."
>Gally-chan blinks.. "Oh really?" o.o
>Rei nods. He tries to not take advantage of Ojisan, but... hey, it's free hot
chocolate!
>Gally-chan hmms.. and with slight interest, stands and gets a cup of cocoa.
>Shouldn't be a problem doing so, if you don't mind waiting for it to brew.
>Gally-chan stands by the brewer and patiently waits.
>Look ma! It's hot cocoa! Your cup's done.
>Gally-chan grins and takes the mug.. and returns to the couch, sipping quietly.
>Rei scratches the side of his head. "Hey, if you're staying in Tokyo, what're
you up here for?"
>Gally-chan smiles.. "The slumber party ^.^"
>Rei snaps his fingers. "Oh yeah, Ukyou's thing." He scratches the side of his
head. "Word travels fast." 'o.-'
>Gally-chan says, "Oh.. no, I met her up here a little while back, and she told
me ^_^"
>Rei oh's, and takes a long swig of his own cocoa.
>Rei finishes off his hot chocolate and goes back to reclining in front of the
fireplace, quite content.
>Gally-chan pulls her knees to her chest and sips her hot chocolate quietly.
>Rei asks, out of the blue, "When's she holding that party, anyway?" He knows
he's not going, he's just curious.
>Gally-chan blinks.. and bites her lower lip a moment, "Actually.. I have no
clue. But, I'm waiting till some girls show up? ^_^;"
>Hideyoshi wakes up.
>Rei stretches out in front of the fireplace, as usual.

That is a young man wearing the outfit of a ski instructor... He looks to be
about eighteenish, with slightly rugged features for his age, testament to his
life in the mountain. His strong jaw contrasts with soft, almost sad-looking
green eyes and a flowing mop of red hair. His hair flows evenly on all sides, cut
just above shoulder-length and would look like a bowl if it didn't curl slightly
at the ends... His outfit now, it follows the green and red colors that go so
well on him, a mostly green suit with a very wide redder part going from his left
shoulder to his right hip. And a small bulging backpack of the same colors.
There is also an armband clearly indicating that his job is ski instructor.
Carrying:
>Rei blinks? Oh, it's just that ski instructor guy. Rei grings (fangedly) and
waves.
>Hideyoshi waves back slowly, timidly... O.o; v . o O ( I don't care what they
say... I'll never get used to those weirdoes. )

>Gally-chan slips her bag back on her shoulder and collects her jacket, "I'm
gonna go check the room.. I'll see you later, Rei-san ^_^"

>Rin shakes her head, looking a bit flustered. "Iie, iie! It's ok, really!"
>Lina grins. "How's business, Hideyoshi-kun?"
>Hideyoshi sweatdrops as Lina grins at him, "Hummm... okay..." then he makes the
mistake of commenting, "We haven't had other avalanches."
>Rei sweatdrops and coughs. Seeing as how Rin isn't taking his jacket, he slips
it back on.
>Lina says, "That's good."
>Hideyoshi asks, "So... what brings you back?"
>Rin blinks at Rei. "Thank you for offering..."
>Lina says, "Ukyou's slumber party."
>Rei smiles. "Offer's still open if you change your mind..."
>Rin asks, "Don't you need a jacket too?"
>Rei shrugs. "Not as cold as it was before. Have room now, too."
>Rin asks, "You have a room?"
>Hideyoshi says, "..."
>Lina glances at Hideyoshi. "Where's Ukyou at the moment?"
>Hideyoshi has half a thought about a slumber party organized by a lesbian, then
he shudders and buries that thought deep in his subconscious.
>Rei nods to Rin. "Ayup."
>Hideyoshi thumbs at the guest wing... u.u; . o O ( Think something else... )
>Rin asks, "Do you mean here?"
>Rei nods to Rin. "Ayup."
>Rin asks, "That's great! ..." She pauses then looks at Rei, "You're not going to
try to sneak in and spy on Ukyouhan's party are you?"
>Hideyoshi facefaults at the comment he heard from Rin... O.o;
>Rei chuckles nervously. "Of -course- not!"
>Rin nods, still looking suspiciously at the men in the lodge. "Ok." she turns to
Lina. "Should we go find the party?"
>Hideyoshi notices Rin's suspicious look, "Wh...what?" o.o; "There's NO way I'm
gonna peek in THAT."
>Lina nods to Rin. "Mochiron." n.n
>Lina_Inverse goes towards the south wing.
>Rin says to Hideyoshi. "Are you saying that we are not good enough to peek at?
Or do you only peek at the guys..." O_O
>Rei takes a step back. Get out of the target area 'c.c';
>Hideyoshi says, "..."

>Hideyoshi c.c; at behind the counter, where a familiar old man's laugh is heard
faintly...
>Rin nods, then waves as she heads towards the back of the lodge.

>As soon as Rin left, Hide asks of Rei, with a frown, "Is she a lesbian? Or just
a feminist?"
>Rei crosses his arms behind his head. How long can our hero hide his curiosity.
"Huh? Who?"
>Hideyoshi thumbs at where Rin left, "HER!"
>Rei shrugs. "How the heck should *I* know?"
>Hideyoshi O.o; "I thought you were her friend... Okay, nevermind." -.-
>Hideyoshi says, "I don't WANT to know..." then he slumps back in his char,
grumbling about 'damn girls' or something.
>Rei hmmphs, crossing his arms. Just for that, he WILL spy. Because he... um...
has to answer his question! (Yeah... spurious logic there...)

Blue Spruce Room(#1597RJCA)
This cozy guest room, like the others in the lodge, seems designed
entirely with warmth and comfort in mind. Several large beds swathed in
thick, fuzzy blue blankets are set against the walls, with a nightstand
and lamp between each. A crackling fireplace keeps the chamber toasty,
golden light shimmering on the light azure walls at night. In the
morning, dazzling light breaks through the two small windows on the
exterior wall, with the promise of another glorious day on the slopes.
Visitors may @link themselves here as their home, for as long as
their visit may last. Enjoy Snow Mountain! ^_^

Ucchan, your local brown-haired blue-eyed okonomiyaki chef, is wearing her
pajamas. Loose and made of pastel blue cotton, (with lots of little spatula
prints, cute ne?) they look a little boyish. Still, with the way Ucchan fills
those and with her hair worn loose, there's no doubt as to the wearer's sex.

You turn and look at Rin to find she is looking right back at you! Her
eyes are a deep blue color and wide with curiosity. She looks like a
fairly average girl but the way she is always looking around makes her
seem like a tourist.
You look her over from top to bottom. Her hair is a fiery red color.
It hangs down over her eyes in the front. In the back, it flows like a
red river over her shoulders, stopping just past the middle of her
back. It looks a wild and unkempt, making her appearance a little more
savage and unrestrained.
She is dressed for bed, it seems. She only wears the top of a pair of
pajamas but it seems she is more than a little bit too big for her.
The long sleeves of the shirt part reach down over her hands. She is
continually having to push them back to her wrists.
The shirt reaches down to her knees at the bottom, seeming almost like
a dress. The whole thing is purple with a pattern of cat paws, as if a
cat had walked over it with white paint on it's feet.
Rin is carrying a long covered object with her.

The girl before you stands at around 5'4", and looks to be no older than twenty
years old. One look at her and you can tell she's not from Japan. Rich chestnut
brown hair tumbles down her back to her waist, several strands tucked behind her
ears. Her bangs are swept back from her face, which could be considered rather
attractive by most. A slightly pert nose, deep blue eyes, and tanned complexion,
along with her confident stance, give her a rather mature appearance. Although
she has a rather slender build, her figure is certainly healthy, and it's
apparent she works out regularly. She moves with a natural grace, almost like a
cat..and usually, as silent as one too. A white cotton nightshirt, with thin
vertical stripes of red, is worn along with a matching pair of boxer shorts. It
looks like something a lady would wear to sleep in. The shirt has short sleeves
and reaches down past her waist, buttoned up the front except for the topmost
two, which are undone. This exposes a bit of her neckline, yet keeps her healthy
figure concealed. Eye catching without being indecent. The boxers are rather
loose, sitting a little low on her hips. Ending just about halfway down her
thighs, they don't cling in any way, except perhaps over her shapely behind. Her
sleekly muscled legs are bare from the hem of her boxers down to her slender
feet.

they're big. Big enough to destroy ships."
>Rachel sits down, hugging her pillow to herself. She looks around curiously,
really only knowing Lina
>Ucchan n.n "Fish and ships..."
>Gally-chan o.o;; "Oh.. guess you aren't talkin' about the ones at the aquarium..

>Lina says, "And what's the craziest thing *you've* ever done, Gally?" She
casually lobs a pillow at Ukyou.

>Ucchan catches the pillow, with her face, all grinning.
>Gally-chan says, "Probably.. carrying around a love potion from Urd ^_^; Got me
into a lot of trouble.. Yeah, either that, or fighting that monster cyborg ten
times my size n.n But nah.. that was my job. The love potion."
>Rin says, "Did you drink the love potion? o.o"

>Gally-chan ehehehe's... "No n.n; Someone tried to steal it from me.. and..well..
it accidently fell on them."

burying her face in her pillow.

>Rin says, "whew!" She looks more than a little embarrassed.

concussion.

The summit
The air thins a bit at this altitude, so you tire faster than expected, but you
made it! You're now standing on the tallest and most breathtaking spot of Snow
Mountain: From here you can make out the village far below, the gondolas making
their way, the skiiers on the slopes and even the people skating on the lake...
Farther in the distance, the majestic mountains of Japan and a nearby volcano
complete the picture-perfect scene.
Though the weather's cloudy, the snow seems hesitant, sometimes falling in timid
flurries and sometimes not.

>Rei stands up, mumbling a variety of bad things about Burn. How is he supposed
to spy on the slumber party if that jerk drags him off? He hasn't noticed Kagato
yet, luckily; probably a good thing, as he's seen you in action before.

Before you, standing six feet tall, but hovering a good three feet off the
ground, is Kagato. His long, wavy, white hair flows back from his smirking face.
A pair of small-framed round glasses (Luzottica, $200) sit on his nose, in front
of his yellow eyes. You catch a glimpse of a fang in that smirk...
Fashon-forward Kagato is sporting a black silk suit with a nehru jacket by Armani
($950). Underneath is a royal purple collarless dress shirt by Claiborne ($95).
His shoes are made by Gucci ($290), and are a simple black leather box-toe
design. To protect it all is a deep forest-green great cloak by Ralph Lauren
($1599), made of the finest cowhide leather, with a silk underlining. His hands
are protected by Gucci Police leather gloves ($112), with Kevlar-reinforced
fingertips for protection against needles and knives.

>Rei blinks, glancing over his shoulder. "Nani!?" Upon sighting the golden-eyed
one, he draws his daggers. Cue BoF3 boss theme. Rei recovers his cool quickly,
though, and quips, "Nothing you'd be interested in... just that Burn guy being a
jerk..."

>Rei smirks, considering Kagato. "Well, what brings you up here. The view?"
>Kagato-sama says, "It is the highest point I could find. I need to rebuild my
ship."
>Rei pikus. "... Ship?" In his mind, Kagato is a -bit- loopy. The only ships he
knows about are the sailing kind. "So... you're gonna build it up here and just
kinda push it into the ocean, right?" He tries to restrain a chuckle.
>Kagato-sama says, "Incorrect. One that can carry me through the vastness of
space."
>Rei blinks. Okay, Kagato is now officially on his 'bonkers' list. "I think
you'll need a pretty big sail for that."
>Kagato-sama says, "Who needs sails with warp propultion... Oh... you're one of
those 'uncivilsed' masses."
>Rei blinks. "Hey! Who are you calling uncivilized!" Just because he lives in a
forest and hunts for his own food. The nerve!
>Kagato-sama grins. "Explain 'Hydrodynamics' then."
>Rei replies, "It's the dynamics of water." So there!
>Kagato-sama says, "Transmaterialzation."
>Rei says, "It's... um... materialization of trans's"
>Rei beams triumphantly!
>Kagato-sama says, "The transportation of solids via energy waves."
>Kagato-sama says, "You are wrong."
>Rei hmmphs. "Oh, then that makes you SO smart, doesn't it, Mr. big vocabulary."

>Rei hmmphs again. He is QUITE patient.

'Course, he had magical help. "Reminds me a little of Caer Xhan. Not really all
THAT impressive..." He's lying; having something that looks like God's home kinda
makes you important, but then again, he's beaten god. With help, natch.
>Kagato-sama says, "Caer Xhan? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that name."
>Rei shrugs. "It's where god lives."
>Rei doesn't mention that it was on another planet, but...

>Rei has the suspicion you're making this up. But he can't prove it. "Really.
Fascinating. Not. Anyway, since you don't seem to be causing trouble -this-
time..." He looks up again "...I'll just let you do your... ship thing."
>Kagato-sama (OOC) Is there some minor artifact or something that was found or
passed by in Caer Xhan?
>Kagato-sama (OOC) Nothing relatively imprtant... just something recognizable.
>Rei (OOC) can't recall offhand... only thing I remember is the Dragon Sword, and
that's owned by someone

>Rei pikus. "Wow, no wrinkles even." If you didn't know better, you'd say he was
almost mocking you. Okay, maybe you do know better.
>Kagato-sama says, "Quiet, boy. Else I will slap you down like the gnat you
are."
>Rei shrugs. "Whatever. Like I said, I'll just be heading off now..." He gives a
bow that also winds up a bit mocking, but that may just be his character. Rei
never liked authority figures.
>Kagato-sama lets it slide. He doesn't feel like smiting someone today.

probably fail against you, but...
