For badges on pages 1-3:

Replace # with the number of the badge you have chosen.

For the first 3 badges on page 4:

Again, replace # with the number of the badge you've chosen.

The next 3 badges on page 4 have this code:

Fill in the first blank with your chosen badge, then put in either "jpg" or "gif" in the second space.
