Reikai Files has another archive for YYH Manga Translations - namely vols 1-5, 11 and a few other chapters.

YuChan has translated volume 5, Chapters 1& 2.

Luriko-Ysabeth has translated 'Two Shots' (Hiei and Kurama's first meeting).

Translations of Shishiwakamaru's Manga Appearances will soon have translated pages available.

Anime translations - this site has scripts for episodes 1-8, 51-58, and movie 2. They're all in zip format.
