| Yu Yu Hakusho is about a 14 year old deliquent boy named Urameshi Yusuke. One day, he saved a child from being hit by a car and was killed instead. Since this action was not even expected by the Reikai (Spirit World), he could not go to either Heaven or Hell. So with the help of Botan (Leads the people who have died to their destination. Other words, "Death") and Koenma (The prince of the Reikai), Yusuke is ressurected. However, after he is brought back to life, Koenma makes him a Reikai Tentai (Spirit World Detective). During his time as a Spirit Word detective, he is joined by Kuwabara Kazuma, Hiei, and Kurama. |
