As part of the celebration of the G8 Summit Okinawa Leaders Convention , Ishigaki island and Club Med was chosen to represent France over 3 days including , shows, exhibitions, club med stands and the participation of more than 50 Go's of the team at the city hall.
The exhibition hall featured a Club Med stand offering the local people video presentations, information and local merchandise, the biggest highlight of the exhibition was the display of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triompe was made by Club Med's set designer

Club Med performed a French Revue with over 50 Go's participating in a Broadway style theatre with over 1000 guests in the audience.
