Chinese Recipe for Beef with Black Bean Sauce 
	
 INGREDIENTS 
 
    
-  2 tbsp salted black beans
 -  2 tsp cornflour
 -  1/2 cup beef stock
 -  1 tbsp soy sauce
 -  1 tsp sugar
 -  1 clove garlic (crushed)
 -  1 onion (cut into wedges)
 -  1 small red capsicum (chopped)
 -  1 small green capsicum (chopped)
 -  400g rum steak (sliced finely)
 -  1 tbsp oil
 -  dash of black pepper

To prepare:
 
 
-  Rinse black beans several times, drain and mashed
 -  Dissolve cornflour in stock, add soy sauce and sugar
 -  Heat oil in wok
 -  add onion, garlic, red & green capsicum, black pepper and stir-fry for 1 min
 -  Remove from heat and set aside
 -  Add more oil to wok, add beef and stir-fry over heat for 2 mins (or till brown)
 -  Add black beans, cornflour mixture and vegetables 
 -  Stir till sauce boils and thickens
 -  Remove and serve with rice
