Indian Dessert Recipe for Mango Lassi
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- ground cinnamon
TIP: You can usually stock up on frozen fruits in the summer. Simply cut your favorite fruits into pieces then
freeze them in a single layer in freezer bags. Place bags in the freezer then use them whenever.

To prepare:
- In a blender, place the mango pieces, yogurt and milk
- Blend everything together till you get a smooth mixture
- Pour into a tall glass or two small glass
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
If prefer, you can subsitute with peaches or strawberries. Use peach or strawberry yogurt
instead.
