Thai Recipe for Thai Cocktail Sling
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 small pineapple wedge
- 2 ice cubes
- dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbps orange-flavored liquer
- 1 tbsp cherry brandy
- 2 tbsp whiskey
TIP: If you find the pineapple juice too sweet for your liking, omit the sugar entirely. Just make sure you
taste to be sure. You can certainly use Scotch Whiskey which is a highly prized drink in Thailand to make this
beverage more authentic but you can use local whiskey if you wish.
To make this a virgin drink, omit the alcholic content entirely and subsitute with more pineapple juice.
This recipe will make one drink.
