Malaysian recipe for Fried Eggs with Chilli
INGREDIENTS
- 10 eggs (beaten)
- 3 red chillies (seeded & sliced)
- 3 green chillies (seeded & sliced)
- 2 big onions (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- oil for frying
- salad leaves of your choice
- salt & pepper to taste
This easy recipe dish easy to whip out. You may adjust the amount of eggs and chillies
according to your taste.

To prepare:
- Mix all ingredients (except oil) together in a bowl
- Stir well
- Heat the pan with oil and fry the eggs
- Make into two thick omelettes
- Cut into wedges and serve with salad of your choice
