I'm a big time Mousse fan. And I decided to make a page solely for the coolest charachter on Ranma 1/2.
Mousse is from a small Amazon Villiage in the Mountains of China. He began training at a very young age in the hidden weapons technique of fighting. Around the same time, Mousse's eyesight went downhill, and he was forced to wear extremely thick glasses, and without them, he could easily mistake barnyard animals for cute little girls. While still a small child, he fell in love with a cute little girl named Shampoo with lavendar hair and violet eyes. She did not return his affections, but this did not dissuade him. He continued to profess his love and even propose to the girl, but, because of an ancient law stating that the only way an Amazon girl is to marry a man is if he defeats her in combat, he could not marry her, and she refused to marry him.
As he grew, he improved in his techniques, and eventually became able to hide almost any item in his loose-flowing, embroidered Chinese robes. His eyesight, however, had not improved. He was still very blind, but out of pride, refused to wear his glasses. Even as a teenager, he was still in love with Shampoo. When Shampoo lost to girl-type Ranma, and followed her/him to Japan(There are a multitude of pages where you can find out more about this storyline), Mousse eventually found out where she was her, followed her. He discovered her engaged to Ranma Saotome. Because of this, Mousse Challenged Ranma to a duel for the hand of his fiancee. Mousse lost, and returned to China to train in the legendary cursed training-grounds of Jusenkyo, where he blindly, literally, stumbled into the Yaajuniichuan(sp?) or Spring of drowned Duck. Now, whenever he gets splashed with Cold water, he takes the body of the duck that drowned in that spring long ago. He returned to Japan to battle Ranma, this time bringing water from the Spring of Drowned Duck in order to turn Ranma or his fiancee, Akane Tendo, into a duck. His plan failed, and he lost to Ranma in a duel again. This time, However, after the fight, Shampoo took Mousse back to the Restaurant she was working in and he was hired by Cologne, Shampoo's great-grandmother, as a bus-boy and waiter. He now lives in the attic of the restaurant, and is payed a very small wage for all his hard work. He stays, however, because he needs a place to sleep, and also needs money to pay for all his schemes to beat Ranma and for all his gifts to Shampoo, and, most of all, he wants to be close to Shampoo.

And now... A little side project I've been working on. As you can probably see, I'm a fan of Slayers... specifically, Zelgadis. So, I got an idea... Why DID he want that much power, and so badly? Then I answered my question, by taking some artistic liberties with his much unknown past. I even added my own Original Character. Alana Who also happens to be my first Furry pic.
