Chicken Satay
8 Servings The classic Thai Peanut Chicken Satay.
1 recipe A Taste of Thai PEANUT SAUCE 1 recipe 30 10" bamboo skewers, soaked in water at least one hour 30 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts 900g Prepare Peanut Sauce. Slice chicken into long thin strips, about 6 strips per breast half. In refrigerator, marinate chicken in ¾ of the Peanut Sauce for at least one hour. Set aside remaining Peanut Sauce. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill or broil skewered chicken about 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes on each side. Serve with remaining Peanut Sauce (hot or cold).
