Many thanks to Karla, John, Anne, Steve, and Carolyn Hoodmaker for coordinating the Fraser Family Reunion 2007.

It was fun to see everyone again, especially the younger cousins. I very much enjoyed our time together.

If you would like to see more photographs related to the HIV/AIDS Program in Tanzania, please download the PDF files to my Geocities-Yahoo website.

Best wishes, Gail

"Making a Difference: Contributing to Capacity Building in Tanzania," focuses on encouraging people to see what they CAN contribute to resolving the AIDS pandemic. I have split the original presentation into two parts, and added a thrid brief document with HIV FAQs:

Tanzania_Work_part1.pdf [4.35 MB]

Tanzania_Work_part2.pdf [4.57 MB]

Tanzania_HIV_FAQs.pdf [1.05 MB]

The 30 minute presentation is designed for a general audience and includes: a hand out with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)... about HIV/AIDS, maps about "Where in the world is Tanganyika and Zanzibar?" & "Walk a Day in my Shoes" photo-journey in Tanzania; plus a brief introduction to ways you can contribute to health programs in Sub Saharan Africa, including Who ... contributes, What ... is being completed, Where ... work is being completed, focusing on developing countries in Africa, When ... planned World Health Organization timeline to eradicate AIDS, Why ...is it important to make a contribution?, and How ... can you help? with a list of four things everyone can do.
