Regult-Mar Tactical Battlepod

• One man air/space combat mecha.

III. Propulsion:

Engines:

• 4 x reaction mass thrusters mounted on the either side of the craft in a vertical column.  Maximum output of 255 kN of thrust each.
• 1 x anti-gravity system used to break planetary atmospheres, of limited use in spaceborne operation
• Assorted small reaction thrusters and gyroscopes for all-environment maneuvers, attitude adjustment, and stability.

Powerplant:

• Miniaturized fusion reactor providing electrical power to the mecha.  Total output, unknown estimated to be in excess of 2000 kW.

Fuel Capacity:

• 12 Standard canisters of reaction mass
• 184.2 liters of reactant for fusion engines.

• Medium range conventional radar system
• Thermo-imager
• Night vision optics
• Telescopic optics (x30 magnification)
• Laser tracker/designator
• Low power broadband sensor jammer.

VI. Armament:

Cannon:

• 2 x Medium Laser Cannon : A simple energy weapon for close in attacks.  This medium bore laser can fire 3.6 MJ twice per second at a range of up to 3 km.
• 2 x Particle Beam Cannons: The primary weapon for the battle pod is a pair of particle beam cannons located on top of the mecha in traversable turrets.  Each cannon fires 44 MJ of particle energy up to 15 times/minute with great accuracy to long ranges of up to 10 km. Can also discharge at half-intensity but at double the normal rate of fire. The cannons are mounted in front of the mecha and can rotate 280 degrees horizontally and 360 degrees vertically.  Drawing power from the mecha's power system, the particle beam has effectively unlimited ammunition.

Missiles:

• 2 x Demon Mini-Missile Launchers: The battlepod's main weapon is a pair of mini-missile launchers mounted on either side of the mecha in circular drums.  Each of these drums contain 36 MPZM-1 Demon short range multi-purpose missiles or a total of 72 on board. 

VII. Armor:

Full nuclear, biological and chemical protection, fair protection from hand fired solids and energy beams, shrapnel and other fragments. Very limited protection from heavier weaponry, adequate only up to 23mm autocannon shells and other comparative weapons.
