Bubbles
What do you see? Bubbling thoughts of history? For
me, these bubbles remind me
of that one time, I was heated by a passerby icq
individual. Don't even know who
that person was but our chat encouraged the fire in
me to blurst. I, then went and
took a cooling bath and while I was washing, I
noticed the beautiful bubbles dancing
with the waves of water below without a care. The
tiny ones, the fat ones, the
medium ones...the whole families but as a unit, they
looked magnificant. Isn't it
amazing how nature can bring us peace of mind?
What do you see?

Rain
drops
The pearls of cystals can be spotted after a shower
of rain. Sigh..I love it when the
sky makes raindrops for us. The fresh clean smell,
the odour of the grassess, the
trees, the air, the earth give a comfortable feeling
that makes content. When I was
small, I used to be so eager and excited about the
rain. I was a rock mineral
specialist. When the rain came, I would hurrily put
on my rain gear. My rubber boots
and umbrella and head outside to collect my rocks.
My secret of locating good
rocks: the rain because the beauties of rocks can be
reveal as the raindrops wash
away the dirt.

Travel
Yes, this is the place to be! To travel the world,
see people, nature, lifestyles, culture,
thoughts, etc and somehow bring a connection in our
history of life with their history
of life. Travelling is an interactive way of
learning about ourselves and the world.
Doesn't this look like a train station frozen in a
time frame? What year was this?
The 1900's? Who are the people and where are they
heading to and why?

Ice
Ice makes me think of the astounding power of the
change in states. The magic in its
nature in form to change from liquid to solid to
gas. As a solid, it is hard and cooling.
A great companion
to juice, tea, sodapop, and drinks in the any season especially
during the heat of the summer season. Feel the
chunky slippery edges -
hard and
cooling - the squarish sides bit by bit becomes
round. The round sides slide farther
down maintain a smooth continuous contact leaving us
with a cooling sensation
in our throat track.

Gumballs
Ahhh...bubble gum..it used to be so inexpensive
childhood treats..5 cents for 5 small
gumballs at the corner store beside my home -an
apartment building along 149St. My
gang of friends and I would hang at the store candy
shopping with our pocket change.
Rainbow jawbreakers, popeye smoke candies, long
licorice strings, sour patch
gummies, heart candies, pop rocks, nerds
candies..etc. Yummy. These were the
delightful days of sugar high.

In
the neighborhood
My neighborhood was along the 149St, a very safe
street where kids can play outside
in the yard looking for lucky four leaves clovers,
sell lemonade in the backyard facing
the parking lot, sell wild flowers to tenants in the
building for pocket money, make
mud pies on the balconies up high, Slip and slide on
a plastic mat on the grasses,
collect for rocks and look for worms on the pebbles
in the parking lot on wet days,
and walk to school without parental supervision.
